Order Timeline: 

All packages are shipped with tracking via USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective and aligns with my next available mail run.

Current production time typically ranges from 10–14 business days, depending on the size and details of the order. Smaller items may be completed sooner, as they can often be fit in between custom builds.

Shipping time is in addition to production time and begins once the order is complete. You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your new gear is on its way.

Return & Refund Policy:

I stand behind the quality of my tack and am happy to accept eligible returns within 10 business days of delivery, subject to the conditions listed below. 

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For orders paid by credit card, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

• All return requests must be pre-approved prior to sending an item back.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• The product must be clean, unused, and in new condition.
  Items that show signs of use, wear, or dirt will not be accepted.

• Custom orders are non-returnable — this includes special sizing, colored overlays, conchos, or bling/crystals.

• Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, shipping is available within the United States, including Hawaii, but excluding Alaska and U.S. territories. International orders will not be processed.
